These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 31bd online betting and casino platform ("Platform"), operated at https://31bd.pro. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the 31bd Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 31bd Platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced and is not negotiable under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including a valid Bangladesh mobile number that belongs to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 31bd or a member of such an employee's immediate family.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 31bd Platform by 31bd for any reason.

31bd may require proof of identity and age at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register only one account on the 31bd Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts (whether in your own name or under different names or mobile numbers) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 31bd will close duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Do not share your 31bd login details with any other person.
• All activity conducted through your 31bd account — including bets placed and deposits made — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that specific action.
• You must notify 31bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 31bd reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.

31bd may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Where funds in a suspended account are determined to have been obtained legitimately, 31bd will use reasonable efforts to return them to the account holder.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

31bd accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following local payment methods. All deposit transactions are processed in BDT and credited to your 31bd wallet in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 31bd, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your 31bd wallet instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference.
• 31bd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment account must match the name registered on your 31bd account.
• 31bd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits above certain thresholds, including requesting proof of source of funds.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 31bd wallet are subject to the following conditions. All withdrawals are paid in Bangladeshi Taka to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with 31bd support.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verified accounts typically receive withdrawal funds within 10 minutes via bKash or Nagad. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• 31bd will not process withdrawal requests where the account holder has not completed KYC verification, or where the withdrawal request appears inconsistent with the account's deposit history.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

31bd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification. Bonuses cannot be claimed on behalf of another player.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for a cash bonus is 20x the bonus amount. Free spin winnings are subject to a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Unused bonus balances that expire will be removed from your account automatically.
• 31bd reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would be manifestly unfair to a player who has already commenced wagering on that bonus.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting to exploit bonus conditions, or the use of automated software — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.

Any winnings generated from bonus funds that 31bd determines were obtained in breach of these Terms, or through any form of bonus abuse, may be voided and removed from the account at 31bd's sole discretion.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, casino gaming, and other wagering activity conducted through the 31bd Platform. Game-specific rules may be published separately within each game's interface.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 31bd Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are binding on acceptance.
• Odds displayed on the 31bd Platform are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds applied to your bet are those displayed at the time of acceptance, not the current displayed odds if they have changed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the result as determined by the relevant governing body or game provider shall be final.
• 31bd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or any other manifest error on the Platform, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 31bd Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering multiple accounts, or using another person's account, with or without their consent.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets, exploit odds, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Depositing funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using the 31bd Platform for the purposes of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game, including match-fixing in any form.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during registration, verification, or in communications with 31bd support.

31bd employs fraud detection and monitoring systems to identify unusual betting patterns and account activity. Accounts flagged by these systems will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation.

7. Responsible Gaming

31bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended to provide entertainment, not to be a source of income or financial relief. If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, 31bd encourages you to take immediate action. 31bd strictly prohibits the registration of players under the age of 21. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, minus any winnings generated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the 31bd Platform without prior written permission from 31bd.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 31bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 31bd Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if 31bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

31bd's total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the 31bd Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

31bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 31bd will provide reasonable notice to registered members by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number registered on the account. Continued use of the 31bd Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
